| Requirements and Responsibilities For Marketing Senior Supervisor |
| Supervises the daily activities of an organization's marketing function. Coordinates and delegates workflow to support marketing initiatives and ensure timely and effective execution. Assists with planning and developing marketing materials, campaigns, and promotions. Incorporates the marketing vision into specific action plans, tasks, and tactics. Collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure product design, marketing strategy, and organizational goals are aligned. Leads the collection and analysis of marketing data to track and evaluate marketing strategies or initiatives. Monitors customer metrics, competitor strategies, and industry trends and enables responsive marketing activities in response to changes. Trains, develops, and coaches marketing teams. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. |
