Requirements and Responsibilities For Contact Center Representative I - Outbound |
Initiates calls to current and potential customers to sell and upsell products and services. Uses standard scripts and procedures to promote products and services. Processes orders and documents customer requests, interactions, outcomes, and feedback in the system. May make follow up calls to confirm details of orders or provide additional information. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience. |
