Requirements and Responsibilities For Wellness Program Administrator
Assists in the administration of wellness programs and activities designed to improve employee health and wellbeing. Recommends changes and/or additions to programs that reflect the changing needs of employees. Creates employee communications that encourage participation in wellness activities and health screening programs. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2 -4 years of related experience.
