Requirements and Responsibilities For Visual Merchandiser II
Responsible for constructing, setting up, maintaining, and disassembling signs, banners, mannequins, and other visual displays of retail goods. Creates effective displays and shopping experience to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. Ensures a visually compelling store, clearly communicating information about products, sales, clearance, or special events. Uses tools and props to construct displays. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
